Mr. Les Snodgrass has over 25 years of USMC training systems experience -- 13 years as manager for USMC COMS site, Mobilization Team Manager and Team Member on 4 contracts. Les, has over eight years experience in managing USMC Contracted Operation and Maintenance of Training Systems sites and programs. He has extensive hands-on experience gained as a Training Devices Chief, COR, and training device technical representative during his Marine Corps career. Additionally, Mr. Snodgrass has considerable hands-on experience operating and maintaining many of the training devices and systems. His experience and training reflects extensive management in the logistics, range support and maintenance, and training device fields. He has superior communications and management skills, a strong technical background and a thorough knowledge of government projects, procedures, and regulations.
